Shillong, Dec 1: A Passing Out Parade of the 3rd Batch Basic Training, Recruit Constables of 6th Battalion Meghalaya Police and Homeguards & Civil Defence was held on Tuesday at Armed Police Training Centre of 6th Battalion Meghalaya  Police, Umran, Ri Bhoi District in which 92 Recruit Constables passed out.Commandant General Homeguards and Director of Civil Defence of Meghalaya, A.R. Mawthoh, was the Chief guest on this occasion and reviewed the parade.Dy. Commissioner of Ri Bhoi District R.M Kurbah and Senior Officers of Meghalaya Police and Homeguards & Civil Defence Department were also present in the programme.
