On Wednesday, the suspended Congress MLA from Rambrai-Jyrngam resigned as member of the 11th Meghalaya Legislative Assembly. Marbaniang had handed over his resignation letter to the Speaker Metbah Lyngdoh at the Assembly Secretariat at Khyndai Lad here.
