Williamnagar, Aug 26: Abraham T. Sangma, MPS, on Friday took charge of the office of Superintendent of Police, East Garo Hills, from the outgoing SP of the district, Bruno A. Sangma, at a small ceremony at the office premises.

Bruno A. Sangma will be taking charge as the Commandant of 2nd MLP Battalion in Goeragre.

During the handing over ceremony, he also handed over a certificate of appreciation to School band of Ferrando Memorial School, Williamnagar for their wonderful performance during the Independence Day .
