Shillong, Jan 11: The Cabinet on Wednesday approved the names of the recipients of the Meghalaya Day Award 2023.

Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said Sweetymon Rynjah has been awarded with U Tirot Sing Award for arts and literature, Dr Jenifer Basaiawmoit with Patogan N Sangma Award for social services and Clinson D Marak with U Kiang Nangbah Award for sports and games.

These awards will be handed over to the recipients during the upcoming Republic Day celebration in the state.
