Tura, May 12: A highly decomposed body of a woman has been found next to a water body in the far-flung area of Tebisokgre under Silkigre police station of Chokpot on Wednesday.
Police strongly suspect it to be a case of murder and possible rape too as they await a post mortem report.
The body was found without any clothes and decomposition was so much that the head had been severed. Police have begun an investigation to find out about any missing person reports in the district since no such complaint has recently been filed by anyone.
