Tura, Aug 30: The first Budget Session of the new Executive Committee of the GHADC will be held on September 06 in Council Session Hall in Tura, informed Council Chairman Rakesh A Sangma.
According to a notification from the office of the GHADC Chairman Rakesh A Sangma, the second session of the district council is being re-summoned on September 06.
The session was to start in July but got postponed due to high Covid cases in Tura and the district council with officers and staff, and even Chairman Sangma and Chief Executive Member Benedic R Marak getting infected with Covid leading to quarantine and isolation.
