SHILLONG, Sept 5: The State BJP President Ernest Mawrie appointed two new state general secretaries – Lakhon Biam & George Clarence Nongbet.

Edmund K Sangma was appointed  as Chief Spokesperson of the party and Ankur Kumar as new media convenor of the party. Dipayan Chakraborty, state vice-president, will continue to be overall media in-charge.
