A mass prayer service was held by the Kuki-Zo people across Kangpokpi district for their demand for Separate Administration at the earliest. The prayer service was held at Brig. M. Thomas ground, Kangpokpi.
The people of Kangpokpi district under the aegis of CoTU held a sit-in protest on Thursday at Leikop village in Champhai sub division of Kangpokpi district against the shocking act of molestation and gang-rape of the Kuki-Zo women.
