Agartala, March 20: An absconding Madrassa teacher wanted in Tripura under POCSO act was arrested after 6 six years and sent to local court under Belonia jurisdiction in Tripura.
The identified person is one Jabbar Ali, a resident of Karimganj in Assam.
He was arrested from Churaibari in Assam by police from the Nilambazar PS.
Paritosh Das OC Belonia said, “Yesterday, in Nilam Bazar PS cooperation, case 108/2017 in 2017, we arrested the accused. He will be produced in Belonia Session Court.”
