Guwahati, Mar 8: A 12-wheeler truck loaded with bricks fell into a hole in the middle of the road in front of Shubham Books in Panbazar, Guwahati on Friday.

The area where the incident happened was flooded on Thursday after a water pipe burst open. Although GMC workers took stock of the situation and controlled the free flowing water, yet the water pipe burst created a large hole at the bottom of the road, which led to the incident in Panbazar on Friday.

No one was injured during the time of the mishappening as the incident happened during the wee hours, yet the truck was stuck in the hole for more than three hour’s before the rescuers came.
