Tura, June 11: The finest of tribal craftsmanships ranging from handicrafts to handlooms to paintings to handmade jewelry, all made in Garo Hills, were on display at the 2-day Tura Industrial Fair 2022 or TIF 2022, which concluded on Friday.

The exhibition was organized by the District Commerce & Industries Centre (DCIC), Tura on June 9 – 10, 2022, at SMELC building, Dakopgre, Tura.

The fair showcased products made in Garo Hills such as Achik traditional handloom items, handmade jewellery, artistic paintings, agro-food products, local honey, resin items, local garments, local wine, among others.

It is to be mentioned here that the Tura Industrial Fair made a return after a break of two-years due to Covid-19 pandemic.
