Manipur: Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Sunday said that all 21 MPs handed over a memorandum to Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey.

The 21 opposition leaders arrived at Manipur’s capital, Imphal on Saturday morning from Delhi to assess the situation in the state, which has seen ethnic violence since May 3 met Governor on Sunday.
