Shillong, Sept 29: Three kickboxers from Meghalaya are all set to represent India at World Kickboxing Championship to be held in Italy from October 15 to 24.
3 kickboxers from Meghalaya- Hame Shaniah Suiam, Pynshrainmiki Rabon and Babit Kharsahnoh will be representing India at the World Kickboxing Championship.
Before their departure for the event, the members of the Meghalaya State Kickboxing Association met Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Tuesday.

Another 15 of our Kickboxers from the State will attend the Wako India National Kickboxing Training Camp at Himachal Pradesh.
“My best wishes to them as they further develop their skills to bring laurels to the State and the country,” Sangma said on his social media post.
