Guwahati, Dec 16: Pramod Boro, Chief of the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) of Assam on Saturday said shared his insights on the three years of governance, emphasising the transformative journey towards peace in the region.
Addressing the challenges faced over the past half-century, including uncertainty, violence, and conflict, Boro expressed the collective aspiration for peace among the people.
He also acknowledged the significance of the 2020 accord as a pivotal moment that has paved the way for peace in the region.
“So it was the pray and it was the wish of each and every people, that there should be peace in our region,” he said.
Boro also underscored the commitment to fostering a positive and harmonious environment for the residents of the area.
