Agatha Sangma turns 43: Conrad wishes MP and his sister a blessed birthday

Shillong, July 24: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Monday wished  MP and his dear sister, Agatha Sangma a blessed birthday.

Conrad Sangma also expressed his gratitude for Agatha Sangma’s constant support and guidance, stating that her dedication to public service is truly inspiring. He further highlighted her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making her a beloved leader in Meghalaya.

Taking to Twitter, CM wrote, “her mother-like nature and her passion to serve the people is reflected in everything she does. I pray God blesses her in all her endeavours.”

Agatha Sangma is celebrating her 43rd birthday on Monday.

Who is Agatha Sangma ?

Agatha Sangma is a prominent political figure in Meghalaya and a member of the National People’s Party. She has served as a Member of Parliament and held various ministerial positions in the government. Known for her strong leadership and commitment to the welfare of the people, Agatha Sangma has made significant contributions to the development of Meghalaya.

Agatha Sangma contested as National People’s Party candidate in the 2019 Lok Sabha election,  and emerged victorious in Tura constituency. Her co-competitors were Rikman G. Momin (BJP) and former Meghalaya Chief Minister CM Mukul Sangma (INC).

Agatha was born 24 July, 1980 in Delhi, she is the daughter of Late P. A. Sangma, the former speaker of the Lok Sabha and Soradini K. Sangma.
