Guwahati, March 04: Former Assam BJP state president and Guwahati East MLA, Siddhartha Bhattacharya has been entrusted with the responsibility for collecting public suggestions using various means by the central leadership for the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls.
Addressing the press at the party’s state headquarters in Guwahati, Bhattacharya sought suggestions from the people of Assam either through the party’s suggestion cards or through the NaMo app. A miss call facility is also initiated so that the important concerns of the state can be forwarded to the central committee for inclusion in the election manifesto for the ensuing parliamentary polls.
Bhattacharya asked for people’s suggestions on different issues and subjects related to Assam through various means. The Veteran BJP leader said that supporters can submit their suggestions in writing using the party’s suggestion cards and put them in the dropbox, which will be available in the party’s customised vans with LED screens that will travel across the constituencies.”
