Nongpoh, April 5: The Assam police on Tuesday evening arrested three vicious bike thieves and recovered two pulsar bikes from Jorabat on the Meghalaya-Assam border.

The three arrested were identified as Sonrag Sangma, Jameson Marak and Mukesh Sangma. The two bikes recovered have registered numbers: AS-14H-6452 and AS-02AF-0667.

As per police reports, the two bikes recovered by the police were stolen by thieves from Bynrihat area. Police is intensively interrogating the three vicious bike thieves and investigation is on to ascertain their involvements in other bike thefts and their whereabouts.
