Itanagar, Feb 4: Assam Rifles organised a motivational session for wancho students with a series of lectures conducted on “Career in Indian Armed Forces” in the remote villages of Longding district, in Arunachal Pradesh, on Sunday.
An interactive and motivational lecture was organised at Pongchau COB, featuring Major Bhaskar Singh, Coy Cdr, Pongchau COB.
Major Singh delivered an awareness lecture, providing details about entries into the Indian security forces, eligibility criteria, and the selection procedure.
Major Bhaskar Singh used motivational videos and presentations to educate students about the intricacies of joining the Indian security forces.
He also cleared all the doubts of the students regarding the same.
He encouraged students from various schools attending the awareness session to pass on information about entry schemes and advised them to approach Assam Rifles for coaching assistance in the entrance exams.
A total of 65 students of different schools of Pongchau Block attended the event and they appreciated Assam Rifles’ efforts in spreading awareness and providing valuable guidance.
