Agartala, Feb 2: BJP National president JP Nadda is arriving in the poll-bound Tripura on February 3 to address a rally and to boost the party workers.

Tripura will go to polls on February 16 and the result will be declared on March 2.

Talking to reporters, MP Biplab Kumar Deb said BJP national president JP Nadda will address a political rally at PWD ground in Unakoti district on February 3.

Former chief minister and MP Biplab Kumar Deb, Labour Minister Bhagaban Chandra Das and BJP election in charge Mahendra Singh inspected the preparation at Unakoti district.

BJP has geared up ahead of assembly polls in Tripura and started campaigning. Before the assembly polls, big leaders of BJP will arrive in Tripura for campaigning.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is arriving and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath is expected to arrive in the state on February 7.
