CHELLAKUMAR who arrived in Tura on January 8 with state president Vincent Pala and working president Deobrah Marak to mobilise congress workers and leaders said that the party will go to the people to prove that it was the congress and not the BJP which has been providing people centric policies and accused the saffron party of piggyriding on the grand old party's policies and schemes.
