On Saturday afternoon, the Mothers Union Tura held a program to felicitate MasterChef Nambie Marak for her laudable achievement alongside a sizzling cooking competition, Culinary Master Challenge – 2024, West Garo Hills, at Green Haven, Walbakgre, Tura. Sume G B Sangma, Secretary of Mothers Union in the welcome address spoke laurels of Nambie’s journey in the (MasterChef) competition and the pride it gave to see the cultural cuisine from Garo Hills being represented on the national front and also prayed for her future success. A musical performance by the students of Mothers Union School Tura, Dr. Viola Sonachi B Sangma, Balsa B Sangma and Biana W Momin, Advisors of Mothers Union Tura felicitated Nambie Jessica Marak with a plaque commemorating her success.
