Tura, July 28: Dynamic Dance Academy in Dudhnoi Assam, choreographed and lead by young dance artist from Garo Hills, Aryaan K Sangma, has won top award in last week’s Sanskriti Sangma International Competition held at Guwahati.

Aryaan’s academy took part in the 8th International and 12th National Art Instrumental Yoga music Dance Competition/ Festival organised at Jyoti Chitraban Film Studio, Kahilipara, Guwahati. The event began on 16th of July and will conclude on the 31st of this month.

“Our young boys and girls won the Best Award in the Sub- Junior Group. We also took home Best Awards in two Solo categories and they will be going to Mumbai for another international competitive event, ” says an elated Aryaan K Sangma.

Aryan too was bestowed with honors by the judges for his outstanding dance techniques. He won the International Nritya siromani Sanman Award for Dance Choreography, first for the state and Garo Hills.

Aryaan has been on the dance stage since childhood experimenting with different steps and moves, participating in local competitions that soon gave him the confidence to participate in bigger events. He moved from Williamnagar to Guwahati for more advance coaching and experience and shortly opened his academy in Dudhnoi town, adjoining Garo Hills.
