Goalpara, July 12: The Goalpara district administration, has sealed the Rehabilitation Centre named “New Life Foundation” at Nayapara in Goalpara town on Thursday following the alleged murder of Niksamseng Ch Marak, a youth from Tura in West Garo Hills of Meghalaya.
