Tura, Dec 7: The Games Technical Conduct Committee (GTCC), under the leadership of John F Kharshiing, Working President MSOA, & Chairman, GTCC, held a crucial meeting at the MSOA office, JN Stadium, Polo Grounds, Shillong, on Wednesday.
The meeting, lasted for over four hours and attended by key members including Bah Finely L Pariat, General Secretary, MSOA, & Member Secretary, GTCC, and Bah Paia B War Nongbri, Asst Director, Department of Sports and Youth Affairs Government of Meghalaya, aimed to comprehensively review various aspects of preparations for the upcoming 5th Meghalaya Games 2024.
During the meeting, the GTCC also reviewed the schedule including the contingent details, the FOP details, appointments of Chef de Mission and Dy Chef De Mission, Transport movement details and several other preparations.
The Committee also decided to have further meetings with the SSAs. Also, GTCC will be submitting these details to the Organising Committee for further review and approval at the earliest.
