Guwahati Airport achieves ACI Level 2 Accreditation for customer experience

Guwahati, Dec 6: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA), managed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, has reached a new milestone by achieving Level 2 accreditation under the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program.

This prestigious recognition highlights LGBIA’s dedication to enhancing passenger experiences through innovative solutions and effective feedback integration.

“This recognition from ACI reflects the collaborative efforts of our teams and stakeholders. We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to continuously improving how passengers experience the airport,” said a spokesperson for Guwahati International Airport Limited (GIAL). “Through digital and technological interventions, we aim to ensure seamless travel, while elevating service levels and enhancing comfort for our passengers.”
