Guwahati, Mar 11: A popular Disco Jockey (DJ) from Guwahati, DJ Diony, also known as Damini Bhajanka, has been reported missing for the past three months. A prominent figure in the Guwahati club scene, DJ Diony’s sudden disappearance has raised alarm bells among the clubbing circuit.
The mysterious disappearance dates back to December 13 of last year when DJ Diony’s mobile phone suddenly lost coverage and connectivity. Since then, the DJ has been absent from all social networking platforms, adding to the mystery of her sudden disappearance.
It’s worth mentioning that DJ Diony was last seen with her family at the Rangali apartment near Bhajanka Rice Mill in Christian Basti. Residents of the apartment complex initiated inquiries upon noticing her absence but allegedly faced resistance from DJ Diony’s family, who claimed she was in good health and discouraged further probing.
Interestingly, residents of the apartment complex have taken matters into their own hands and lodged a report with the Dispur police station. With investigations underway, people are becoming curious to know any updates regarding the whereabouts of DJ Diony.
