Nongpoh, Oct 26: The Ri-Bhoi District Cricket Association (RBDCA) on Saturday successfully conducted the one-day Cricket Talent Hunt in collaboration with the Seng Samla Shnong Umran Niangbyrnai.
The talent hunt witnessed the active participation of over hundred young budding cricketers from the age of 10 to 17 years.
BCCI Level 1 Coach Shankar Newar conducted the talent hunt in the presence of RBDCA representative Levi Marweiñ and President of the Seng Samla Shnong Umran Niangbyrnai Steve Wahlang.
The representative of the RBDCA Levi Marweiñ said the talent haunt was a successful one with the participation of over hundred budding cricketers who displayed their cricketing skills.
Adding that, to nourish the talents of cricket and to uplift this sport, he said RBDCA will continue to organize more talent hunt programmes to provide platform to the youngsters.
