Tura, Feb 28: The ICFAI University, Tura Campus on Friday organised ‘Mobile Legends’ E-gaming competition as part of Pre-University week.
The competition had three rounds—quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final.
Students competed under four houses: Red House (Thunder), Yellow House (Phoenix), Green House (Warriors) and Blue House (Titans).
Finalists and runners-up will receive certificates from the university.
Event coordinator Aura Stacey R Marak said the competition was introduced as a pre-event for Varsity Week, which begins on March 3. She noted the high participation and called it a unique event for Tura’s gaming community.
The ICFAI Tura Varsity Week will run from March 3 to March 7.
