Shillong, Nov 30: Members of the Indian Economic and Allied Science Association (IEASA) met with the Governor of Meghalaya, C.H. Vijayashankar, at Raj Bhavan on Friday. The interaction focused on key issues pertaining to economic development, sustainable practices, and policy frameworks aimed at fostering growth in Meghalaya and the North Eastern region.
During the discussion, the Governor emphasized the importance of leveraging research and interdisciplinary approaches to address pressing economic challenges.
