Shillong, Feb 17: The part of the wholesale market known as Iewdie-lang (vegetable block) in Iewduh was engulfed in flames when a generator fell down and caught fire at around 7 pm on Wednesday.

The Myntri of Hima Mylliem, Midnight Kharlukhi said that the incident took place at around 7 pm when a generator belonging to Benaras Media Works fell down. The film crew were shooting a scene at Iew-Dielang after the permission given by the Hima Mylliem. The office of the Hima Mylliem will get detailed reports from the OC, he said.

The Myntri of Hima Mylliem has informed that there is no casualty.
