Tura, April 22: The Inter-Club transfer process for football players under the District Football Association (DFA), West Garo Hills, Tura, for the 2025–26 season has already open from Monday with several important terms and conditions in place for clubs and players participating in the Super Division, First Division, and Second Division.

According to the DFA, transfer forms in triplicate will be available from the association’s office at P. A. Sangma Stadium, Dakopgre, starting April 21, upon payment of Rs. 100 per set. The last date for submission of transfer applications is May 2 (up to 4:00 PM).

Players seeking transfers are required to fill out the forms and submit them directly to the DFA office. Once received, the association will notify the player’s current club to collect the Pink and White copies of the form and record their remarks in the designated sections. The club must return the Pink copy to the DFA office by May 9. Failure to do so will be considered as no objection to the transfer.

The official signing of transfers will take place at the DFA office from May 12 to May 16, between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, upon payment of a transfer fee of Rs. 1,000 per player.

It is to be noted that once a transfer is signed by a player, it is deemed final, and the DFA will circulate the final list of transferred players to all affiliated clubs.

No protests or complaints regarding completed transfers will be entertained, added the notice from DFA.
