Here are the arrangements

Advanced tickets will not be sold; tickets will be available on the day of the event starting from the morning of September 21.

Detailed queue management will be implemented at both the north and south ends, with the entire area converted into a pedestrian zone to prevent vehicle access.

Strict protocols have been put in place to manage public entry, including barricading and proper queue management to prevent overcrowding.

Last-minute issues with overcrowding are being addressed by closing off unauthorised openings and ensuring all gates are properly managed.

An LED screen will be set up outside the stadium to allow people without tickets to watch the event, providing a view of the inside of the stadium.

Roadside parking will be restricted, and 14 government offices in the area have been identified for parking vehicles, managed by traffic officials.

Chief Minister of Meghalaya Conrad K Sangma, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Thomas A Sangma, and other dignitaries are expected to grace the occasion.
