Shillong, Sep 7: A former BJP MLA from Mawsynram HM Shangpliang said on Thursday that he will be joining the National People’s Party (NPP) on September 13.
HM Shangpliang made the announcement while talking to the reporters here.
He said that he is joining the party without any condition.
