Shillong, Apr 19: The Voice of the People Party (VPP) candidate, Dr. Ricky Syngkon cast his vote at Pohkseh Glakyn school Polling Station at around 10:15 Am.

Dr Syngkon has also contested the State Assembly election in 2023 from Umsning Constituency. He came in fourth place.

Dr. Syngkon is currently serving as the Assistant Professor in NEHU, Shillong.
