Manipur Chief Minister N.Biren Singh said that the war that the state is facing is a pre-planned war againt the state government. he said that the war Manipur is facing is not a ethnic war. The government has no grudge againt the Kuki brothers and sisters.

Talking about Mizoram CM, he said that he has no class and not respectable and has a mindset of a millitant.

“I ask the Mizoram chief minister not to interfere in the internal matter of another state,” Singh said.
