Shillong, Oct 30 : NPP candidate, Lamphrang Blah after casting his vote in Mawkohmon PS under the Mawphlang Constituency hoped for free and fair elections.

Speaking to reporters, Blah said that all the three candidates have put up a tough fight. Blah further urged voters to come out and cast their votes in their own Polling Station.

Following Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Vincent Pala accusing the state government of illegalities, Blah lashed out at the Opposition and replied saying “It is just a propaganda of the Congress but we (NPP) are fighting this election without using any money power”.

He added that the opposition has no agenda for the upcoming by-poll.
