Tura, April 26: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Monday took second dose of COVID vaccine at a community vaccination centre in Tura.
After taking the vaccine, he appealed the public to take their vaccination at the nearest locality centre.
Took my second dose of the #CovidVaccine at Soksanang LP School, Lower Balsanang, #Tura which is one of the Session Sites. Tura is almost completed with its Phase II vaccination drive. I appeal to those eligible to take their vaccine shot in centers near them.

He said that the vaccine is safe and there is no reason for the public to have any fear or doubts.
