Shillong, July 4: Meghalaya Cabinet today decided to enhance the grant-in-aid to ad-hoc teachers.

For Higher Secondary, Secondary and Science teachers, the Cabinet decided to enhance Rs 9,000.

As for other category Upper Primary and Lower Primary and Hindi and also 4th teachers of SSA, govt has decided to enhance salaries by Rs6,000.

This will be effective from July 1, 2022
