Meghalaya Guv felicitates Steve Jyrwa, winner of India’s Best Dancer season 4

Shillong, Nov 19: Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar on Tuesday felicitated Steve Jyrwa, the winner of India’s Best Dancer Season 4.
