Tura, June 20: Police on Tuesday restrained a man with mental disability for reportedly throwing stones at the cars that were passing by and also on the pedestrians.

According to reports, a woman who was passing through the road was also injured.

The incident is said to have occurred on the Rongkhon road near the entry point to Tura town, on Tuesday morning.

After the incident, the video has gone viral on social media.
