Tura, June 2: Miracle Cricket Club triumphed over Dalu Cricket Club in the final match of the Tura District Cricket Association (TDCA) cricket tournament.
Due to the downpour, the final match was delayed and subsequently reduced to just 18 overs.
After winning the toss, Miracle opted to bat first, amassing a total of 198/8. Key contributions came from Bonkam (39), Frickey (36), Lerry (33), and Manish (21). Dalu’s Dhruba stood out in the bowling attack, taking 3 wickets for 31 runs.
In their chase, Dalu Cricket Club was bowled out for 131 in 15 overs, with Devraj (32) and Dairo (26) being the top scorers. Miracle’s Purav delivered an impressive performance, claiming 4 wickets, while Manish took 3, securing a 67-run victory for Miracle Cricket Club.
Manish Sharma was named Player of the Finals and Player of the Tournament for his exceptional all-round performance.
