Shillong, Feb 2: A memorandum of understanding has been executed for topography and Obstacle Limitation Surfaces (OLS) survey at the Shillong Airport.
An order passed by the Meghalaya High Court on Friday said that pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2023, AAG K Khan has apprised this Court that a memorandum of understanding for topography and OLS survey by aerial LiDAR at Shillong airport has been executed.
It has been further submitted by the parties including Dr N Mozika appearing for the Airports Authority of India (AAI) that a tender has been floated inviting parties for execution of the said survey.
These developments may be put on affidavit and filed within three weeks including the copy of the tender which has been floated, the Court said in the order.
The next hearing will be held on March 5.
