TURA, Nov 3: Words fail to describe the evil and inhuman mindset of the woman who dumped her new born child next to the Simsang river in the hope the river would wash it away.

On Wednesday, while christians were observing All Souls Day to remember the dead, an unknown woman took her new born baby boy and left it next to the waters of Simsang river in Bangal Badima of Baiza village, few kms before reaching Williamnagar.

Some villagers passing through the river side spotted the dead baby wrapped in black plastic and alerted women police in Williamnagar.

According to police, the baby was already dead when found and is said to have been only around 1-3 days old.

Investigation is underway to identify the culprit cold blooded mother who so cruelly left an innocent infant to be consumed by the waters of the Simsang river.
