Shillong, Nov 9: The National People’s Party (NPP) on Thursday announced the list of new members of Meghalaya State Unit.

Deputy Chief Minister and state NPP President Prestone Tynsong nominated three working president

The NPP Meghalaya State Executive Committee list was approved by Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma after Tynsong in a letter requested CM to approve the names of the office bearers to the state executive committee of the National People’s Party of the state.

In response to the letter, CM said that he is pleased to approve the list of office members of the state executive committee.

Tynsong had highlighted the dynamics of the electoral politics and due to the diversity of the population in the state which is one of the major concern to appoint the NPP’s state office bearers.
