Tura, Aug 12: One country-made pistol with bullet was recovered from a suspected criminal in Bajengdoba, north Garo hills, on Wednesday night.

The arrested man was moving around Bajengdoba market with the hidden weapon when police were tipped off. They caught him and arrested him. They also seized the pistol with a live bullet. It is not known if he is part of an anti-social group and interrogation is underway.
