Tura, Nov 1 : In a breakthrough against cybercriminals, a team of East Garo Hills Police along with the Delhi Police on October 31 apprehended a Nigerian national along with a Naga woman from Delhi in connection with an FIR filed earlier at Williamnagar.

The duo was apprehended by the East Garo Hills police from Tilak Nagar, Delhi with the help of Delhi police. The man, who has been identified as Felix, was involved in a Rs 2 lakh fraud case registered in Williamnagar police station, the police said.

Police seized as many as 11 mobile devices and 18 ATM cards from their possession. The duo is being brought to Williamnagar for further investigation.
