Shillong, June 20: Tourism Minister Paul Lyngdoh has confirmed that the rehabilitation of street hawkers at Khyndailad will be finalized by July. The initiative will see the relocation of approximately 200 legitimate hawkers from the area.

The Tourism Minister emphasized the aim of transforming Khyndailad into a pedestrian zone following the project’s completion.
