Shillong, Dec 2: Golf is often referred to as a “business game” for good reason. Each swing demands precision, patience, and strategic foresight—qualities mirrored in high-stakes corporate decision-making. Over the two days, more than 125 participants discovered at the Shillong Golf Course how the greens served as a real-life metaphor for navigating business challenges. The game demands adaptability under pressure, much like the fluctuating dynamics of modern markets.
The 15th edition of Learning on the Green Turf and the Governor’s Cup 2024 co-hosted by IIM Shillong and The Shillong Golf Club Ltd. provided a one-of-a-kind leadership learning experience.
