Itanagar, Nov 15: Spear Corps Warriors organized a significant event on Thursday in Arunachal Pradesh’s Bordumsa and Changlang districts, aimed at promoting good health and aiding the reintegration of youth affected by addiction. The initiative focused on enhancing facilities at local drug rehabilitation centres in Bordumsa, Gidding, and Goju.

To support the centres and foster a positive environment for recovery, essential items such as sports equipment, billeting supplies, and other vital commodities were distributed.
Over 300 youths and 10 rehabilitation centre coordinators took part in discussions with teachers and the Company Commander on the transformative effects of these centres in fostering a healthier, empowered community.
Participants expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army for its ongoing commitment to social welfare and community betterment.
The event concluded with a collective pledge from the youth and locals to work towards a drug-free society, further strengthening the bond between the Indian Army and the local community while showcasing the Army’s dedication to community welfare.
