Ampati, Nov 6: The fifth guru of Borkona Kali Dham, Shrimat Shyamananda Brahmachari Ji passed away on Wednesday afternoon at the age of 89.
His departure has created a profound sense of loss among thousands of devotees who cherished his wisdom, compassion, and spiritual guidance.
Under his leadership since 1987, Borkona Kali Dham, situated at the border of South Salmara district, Mankachar, and South West Garo Hills, became a beacon of spiritual enlightenment and one of India’s prominent Kali ashrams. Known as the seventh Kali Ashram in India, Borkona Kali Dham flourished as a sanctuary of peace, solace, and spiritual growth, drawing seekers from all walks of life.
Shrimat Shyamananda Brahmachari Ji dedicated his life to building and nurturing the ashram community, guiding countless devotees who looked to him for spiritual direction.
